A Personal Journey Toward Natural Vision
For many years, I relied on glasses. At the same time, I experienced ongoing dryness, irritation, and sensitivity to light.
I assumed this was simply part of living with vision challenges.
Over time, I discovered a different way of caring for my eyesight — one that was not only about compensating for refractive error or using eye drops, but about changing how I used my eyes and the daily habits shaping the way I was seeing.
As I began to shift those habits, something gradually changed.
Today, I no longer use glasses to drive — during the day or at night. The dryness, irritation, and light sensitivity that once felt normal are no longer part of my daily experience.
The change was gradual.
Not dramatic.
But meaningful.
I came to see that vision is not confined to the eyes alone. It is influenced by the mind, the body, emotions, and the way we relate to ourselves and to the world around us.
That personal transformation led me to formally train as a Vision Coach.
Not to replace traditional approaches —
but to bring attention to the role our habits and lifestyle play in shaping how we see.
Today, I guide people toward a more relaxed and integrated experience of seeing — one that supports clarity, comfort, and a greater sense of visual freedom.
There is a growing movement that recognizes vision as an active, adaptable process capable of improvement — one that can be supported through how we use our eyes, and through the way the mind and body participate in seeing.
I’m honored to be part of bringing this perspective into the world.
